中文摘要:本文针对某一Q235C钢制液氨储罐在实际运行中产生的大范围壁厚减薄等缺陷进行了无损检测试验研究,在不破坏罐体本身的情况下,查清缺陷的原因、性质,并提出了预防措施。研究结果表明:
超声测厚发现该储罐壁厚异常,与封头相连的两筒节中断续出现多处异常测厚点;超声波检测(UT)发现,在壁厚异常处沿钢板厚度方向存在缺陷,可能为分层或夹渣;磁粉检测(MT)及渗透检测(PT)结果显示,在罐体壁厚减薄区域未见超标缺陷,所有检测部位均为Ⅰ级合格,确信壁厚减薄区域的外表层无缺陷,也没有内部缺陷扩展至表层而产生的新缺陷;硬度测定表明,Q235C钢材材质在储罐运行过程中未发生劣化。
英文摘要:In this paper the experimental research of nondestructive testing on the large scale wall thinning defects which a Q235C liquid ammonia tank produces in the actual operation has been carried out. In the case of without destroying the tank itself, the reason and nature of defects are found, at the same time preventive measures are put forward. The results of the research show that: The ultrasonic thickness gauge is adopted in the paper, the result of testing found that the vessel wall thickness is unusual;In this paper the ultrasonic examination (UT) is used to test the defects. The testing results show that in the thickness abnormalities the defects are existed along the plate thickness direction, they may be layered or slag;In this paper the magnetic particle examination (MT) and liquid-penetrant examination (PT) are adopted to test the defects. The test results show that the excessive defects have not been seen in the wall thickness thinning areas and detections of all parts needed to be tested are grade I and qualified, so it can determine no defects on the outside surface of the wall thickness thinning areas, at the same time the new defects which the internal defects extended to the outside surface are not discovered;The hardness testing showed that in the operation process the tank Q235C steel material in degradation has not occurred.
