中文摘要: 本文使用美国Ucon-E水溶性淬火介质和普通淬火油,对24mm厚50CrVA材料钢板弹簧进行热处理。对比试验结果表明,使用美国Ucon-E水溶性淬火介质热处理试样平均硬度值≥57HRC,回火后其金相组织优于使用普通淬火油热处理试样;使用美国Ucon-E水溶性淬火介质热处理后试样平均疲劳寿命可达15万次以上,与普通淬火油热处理试样相比,疲劳寿命提高近一倍,较大程度上提高了钢板弹簧的质量。
英文摘要: In this article, Ucon-E quenching medium and general oil quenching media are used in the Heat Treatment for 50CrVA 24mm thickness Leaf Spring. The results show that average hardness of sample quenched by Ucon-E quenching medium is above 57HRC, and its microstructure after tempering is better than that quenched by general oil media; the average fatigue life of sample quenched by Ucon-E quenching medium reach 150,000 times, compared with the sample quenched by general oil media, the fatigue life is improved more than one times, the quality of Leaf spring has greatly improved.
