中文摘要:研究了热处理对改良铸造铝硅合金(Si-7wt%、Mg-0.35wt%、Cu-2wt%、Ni-0.2wt%、V-0.1wt%、Mn- 0.2wt%、RE- 0.8wt%、Al余量)高温力学性能的影响,热处理制度为495±3℃×5h固溶,165±3℃×6h时效。研究结果表明,经热处理后,改良材料的组织变细,基体组织高度球化,Al2Cu、Al6Cu3N、AlxCuCe等析出物细小而弥散分布,提高了合金的高温性能。
英文摘要:Effects of heat treatment on high-temperature mechanical property of modified cast Al-Si alloy(Si-7wt%、Mg-0.35wt%、Cu-2wt%、Ni-0.2wt%、V-0.1wt%、Mn- 0.2wt%、RE- 0.8wt%、The rest of the Al)were investigated. Heat treatment process for modified cast Al-Si alloy is 495±3 ℃ x 5 h solution treatment, 165±3 ℃ x 6 h aging treatment. The results of the study show that, after heat treatment, improvement of the material organization become fine, and the matrix structure height nodularity, precipitation phase Al2Cu、Al6Cu3N、AlxCuCe what improve the Alloy high temperature properties are small and dispersion distribution.
