中文摘要:铝热焊属于填充型的铸造焊接方法,因此其焊缝组织为粗大的铸造组织,整体性能较差,但由于铝热焊原位焊接的独特优越性,我国高速铁路辙叉焊接多采用铝热焊方式。目前为提高铝热焊接头性能,主要采用的方法是在焊剂中添加合金元素,通过合金化使接头性能提高,与此同时,通过不断改进焊接工艺防止焊接缺陷的产生,来改善接头性能。本研究通过对使用同种工艺、同种焊接材料焊接的铝热焊接头进行焊后正火处理,并对比正火接头与未经热处理接头的性能差异,探讨铝热焊接头焊后正火热处理对接头性能的影响,为改善高速铁路铝热焊接头性能打下理论基础。
英文摘要:Thermit welding is one of the filled welding method by single time casting, its microscopic structure of weld bead is coarse casting structure, so the overall performance is poor. But for the advantage of in situ welding, thermit welding is the most using way for welding high speed railway switch. In order to improve the performance of thermit welding joints, the common way is by adding alloy in the flux, at the same time, through continuous improvement of welding technology to decrease defects. In this study, we perform normalizing treatment on thermit welding joints, and compared with joints without heat treatment, to improve high speed railway thermite welding theoretical study.
