中文摘要:研究了跨相区等温锻造时,不同的变形量分配对TC18钛合金显微组织和力学性能的影响,讨论了跨相区锻造时组织和性能之间的关系。结果表明:跨相区等温锻造锻件的显微组织与两相区的变形量密切相关。两相区较小变形时,显微组织和单相区接近,晶界α明显,锻件力学性能和全β锻造没有太大差别;两相区大变形时,锻件的显微组织趋于不均匀,片状α相和球状α相同时存在,锻件强度升高,塑性基本保持不变,断裂韧性较两相区较小变形时明显下降。
英文摘要:The effect of different deformation degree in (α+β)region on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC18 titanium alloy during the cross-region isothermal forging were studied. Experimental results show that the microstructure of TC18 titanium alloy is sensitive to the variation of deformation degree in(α+β)phase. Compared with deforming in β phase, the microstructure and mechanical properties of smaller deformation degree in(α+β)phase is close with deforming in β phase,which contain the visible grain boundary α. As the larger deformation degree in(α+β)phase, the microstructure tends to uneven, lamellar and equiaxial α exist at the same time, the forgings strength increased, plasticity remain nearly unchanged and fracture toughness dropped.
