中文摘要:为了提高高铬铸铁的冲击韧性,使用电磁离心铸造方法对高铬铸铁进行浇铸。结果表明:电磁离心铸造获得试样的组织明显细化,晶粒数量增多,晶粒尺寸变小,冲击韧性等力学性能提高。当离心转速为1800r/mi n,磁感应强度为0.4T时,电磁离心铸造铸态试样的冲击韧性为6.9,热处理后冲击韧性为7.3。冲击韧性较常规试样提高9%。
英文摘要: In order to improve the impact toughness of high chromium cast iron, centrifugal casting method using electromagnetic high chromium cast iron casting. The results showed that: the electromagnetic centrifugal casting was refined to obtain samples of tissue, increasing the number of grains, grain size becomes smaller, the impact toughness and other mechanical performance. When the centrifugal speed 1800r/mi n, the magnetic flux density of 0.4T, the electromagnetic centrifugal casting cast impact toughness specimens of 6.9, impact toughness after heat treatment 7.3. Toughness increased 9 % compared with conventional samples.
