中文摘要:针对H13钢法兰锻造模具出现早期失效现象,进行热处理工艺研究,提高模具的耐磨性和热疲劳性能,试验结果表明,经1050℃淬火、640℃一次回火、660℃二次回火,模具具有耐磨性好,耐疲劳性好的优点,一套模具可生产法兰锻件1500件,增加了模具寿命。
英文摘要:Because premature failure of H13 forging dies for flange, a heat treatment process of forging die was studied to raise its wear and thermal fatigue resistance. It was showed that the life of forging die has been greatly improved when a process of quenching 1050℃, tempering 640℃ and second tempering 660℃ was selected and the wear and thermal fatigue resistance of forging die are greatly improved. A die can produce more than 1400 flange forgings.
