中文摘要:本实验利用中频感应炉和二氧化碳焊机两种不同的热源在45#钢上堆焊Fe55自熔性合金粉末与碳化钨、碳化硅的混合粉末,并利用XJL-02A光学金相显微镜、采用2500PCX-ray衍射仪对堆焊层金属的物相成分进行分析,并测试耐磨性和显微硬度。研究表明:铁基合金熔敷层组织主要为马氏体,在不同热源的加热下,合金组织的物相成分不尽相同,所获得显微硬度和耐磨性也各不相同。
英文摘要:This experimental use of intermediate frequency induction furnace and carbon dioxide welding machine two different heat source in 45 # steel welding on Fe55 from melting alloy powder and Fe55 and tungsten carbide, and silicon carbide, the mix of powder. Use XJL-02 A optical microscope the weld microstructure, use2500 PCX-ray diffraction analysis hardfacing layer of an composition, test micro hardness of hardfacing layer and wear resistance.. The results show that: Iron base alloy melt apply layer organization mainly for the martensite in different heating of the heat source, the organization of the alloy component object is endless and same, obtained by the microhardness and wear resistance are also different.
