中文摘要:利用SEM、XRD等设备研究了一种Co基合金的短时高温氧化行为,研究结果表明:随着氧化温度的升高和时间的延长,合金的短时氧化增重均呈上升趋势,在1100℃的氧化增重速率最大。合金在900℃氧化时,首先在表面形成CoO,继而形成Cr2O3 与Al2O3 的混合物,随着氧化时间的延长,Cr2O3 与Al2O3 的数量增多。合金1000℃和1100℃氧化时,Cr2O3 与Al2O3 的数量减少,主要形成CoCr2O4尖晶石结构。
英文摘要:The short time oxidation behavior and mechanism of a Co-base superalloy in different temperatures were investigated. As showed by the testing results, the oxidation weight gain increased with the increasing of temperature and time. The results of SEM and XRD indicated that CoO formed firstly and then the Cr2O3 and Al2O3 on the surface of the alloy when heated at 900℃. When the temperature reached 1000℃ and 1100℃, the number of Cr2O3 and Al2O3 decreased and the oxides changed to CoCr2O4 spinelle structure.
