再结晶区轧制变形量对含铌钢性能的影响

中文摘要::本文通过控制再结晶区不同的变形量对含Nb(0.045%)钢板性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明:在950~1050℃区间内,含Nb0.045%钢随再结晶区内变形量的增大50-72mm钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度均呈上升趋势;受再结晶区变形量变化的影响,含Nb0.045%钢获得全贝氏体的最小变形量不得小于72mm;受细化晶粒和组织强化的共同影响,试验含Nb0.045%钢的屈服强度呈上升的趋势;含Nb0.045%钢通过加大再结晶区的变形量,有利于强度的提高,同时有利于快速冷却后的贝氏体转变。
英文摘要:This paper researched the effect of different controlling deforming in recrystallized region on properties of 0.045%Nb steel. It was found that the yield strength and tensile strength would present ascending trend with the increase of deforming in recrystallized region during 950~1050℃.As effect of deforming in recrystallized region, the least deforming must exceed 72mm in order to obtain the all bainitic structure; As the mutual effect of grain refinement and microstructural strengthening, the yield strength of 0.045%Nb steel plate would take on increasing direction .It was advantaged to enhance strength and banitic structure transformation after quickly cooling by increasing deforming in recrystallized region of 0.045%Nb steel plate.
