中文摘要:为提高低温硼-铬-稀土共渗渗速,经过多次共渗试验,筛选出以硼铁为供硼剂、氟硼酸钾为主要活化剂、效果最佳的低温共渗剂配方。利用此共渗剂对45钢进行650 ℃×6 h的低温共渗处理,可获得共渗层深度约为22 μm,且共渗层呈梳齿状,具有较高的硬度及较好的耐磨粒磨损性能。
英文摘要:In order to improve the speed of boronizing,several experiments were attempted, screening out adopt boron-iron as agent.for boron、KBF4 as the main activator、thus, the best low-temperature boronizing agent formulations was obtained.The experiment of RE-chrome-boronizing treated at 650 ℃ for 6 h on steel 45 was carried out by applying this boronizing agent,the depth of boriding layer reaches about 22 μm. Besides the borides are sawtooth morphology, with high hardness as well good abrasive wear resistance.
