薄带连铸含铌低碳钢组织性能研究

中文摘要:研究不同含铌量薄带连铸低碳钢组织性能及时效处理对薄带连铸含铌低碳钢的组织性能的影响规律。结果表明:薄带连铸含铌低碳钢的凝固组织由柱状晶区组成,Nb含量对凝固组织枝晶形貌影响不大,而对其中的贝氏体及铁素体的形态有明显影响。随Nb含量增加,多边形铁素体含量减少,贝氏体和针状铁素体含量增加。随铌含量增加,薄带连铸含铌低碳钢强度逐渐增加,延伸率先升高后降低。时效处理后含铌0.038%钢带的屈服强度提高约40MP,抗拉强度提高约30MP,延伸率降低约2.3%。当时效温度为750℃保温时间为10s时,钢带时效处理后的综合性能最好。
英文摘要:The microstructure and mechanical properties of Nb-microalloyed low carbon steel strip with different concentration of niobium and the influence of aging treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Nb-microalloyed low carbon steel were studied. Results show that the solidification structure of the Nb-microalloyed low carbon steel is composed of an equiaxed zone located in the middle of the strip and it doesn't change even if the concentration of Nb is different,but bainite ,ferrite and polygonal ferrite change a lot.as Niobium increased,polygonal ferrite reduced;As the concentration of Niobium increases, the yield strength increases and elongation first increases then decreases;After aging treatment material strength is improved, the yield strength improve about 40MPa, the tensile strength improve about 30MPa, elongation rate reduced by about 2.3%,when the aging temperature is 750℃ for 10s, the strip can get the best comprehensive performance.
