中文摘要:采用有限元软件模拟了某汽车内饰板的拉深成形过程,通过设置等效拉深筋作为材料流动控制手段。首先通过对某简单形状零件拉深成形过程的模拟得出拉深筋参数的设置对模拟结果的影响规律,然后对内饰板拉深筋模型进行多次模拟和修改,通过在容易起皱的区域布置双重拉深筋作为最终的拉深成形优化方案,改善了零件表面的成形质量,能获得成形质量良好的拉深件。
英文摘要:The forming process for an Automobile Interior-Plaque was simulated by the FE Dynaform software. The equivalent draw-bead was adopted to control the flow of the material. Firstly, the effect rules of the parameters for draw-bead on the simulation results could be obtained by carrying out FE simulation for parts with simple shapes, then the cross member model was modified for several times according to these rules. It was the optimized solution of the final deep drawing working procedures by setting up the double draw-bead at the likely wrinkle parts, which improved the surface quality of parts, and good quality drawn piece of good forming quality could be achieved.
