控冷工艺对热轧双相钢盘条组织和性能的影响

中文摘要:本文通过840℃精轧后空冷到760℃然后淬水(工艺1)和850℃精轧后在保温罩中缓冷到760℃然后风冷(工艺2)两种工艺轧制了ER70s-6钢盘条,并分析了盘条的组织和性能。结果表明工艺1生产的盘条横截面表层和内部组织不均匀,内部含20.7%成条带状分布的马氏体;工艺2获得的盘条组织较均匀,含11.5%马氏体。工艺1生产盘条的抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率分别为725MPa和382MPa和 16.5%。工艺2生产的盘条抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率分别为608MPa、338MPa和31.3%。双相钢中马氏体含量高对强度有利,但其成条带状分布对塑性有害。
英文摘要: ER70s-6 steel wire rods rolled at finishing rolling temperature of 840ºC and cooled to 760 ºC in air then quenched in water (process 1) and rolled at finishing rolling temperature of 850ºC, cooled to 760 ºC in heat insulation mantle and then cooled in flow air (process 2) were produced, and their microstructures and the mechanical properties were analyzed. The results showed that the wire rod produced in process 1 had different microstructures between internal and external parts of the rod cross section. In internal part the martensite distributed in banded form and was 20.7% in volume fraction. The wire rod produced in process 2 had uniform microstructure with 11.5% martensite in volume fraction. The wire rod produced in process 1 had yield strength level of 382MPa, ultimate tensile strength level of 725MPa and plastic elongation of 16.5 %, respectively. The wire rod produced in process 2 had yield strength level of 338MPa, ultimate tensile strength level of 608 MPa and plastic elongation of 31.3%, respectively. For dual phase steel high content of martensite was beneficial for strength, but the bended distribution of martensite was bad for the ductility.
