中文摘要:建立了11个由不同长径比(1-30)单向增强相增强梯度复合材料物理模型,采用ANSYS有限元分析方法研究了增强相形态对梯度复合材料最大热应力的影响及热应力的分布。结果表明,增强相形态对梯度复合材料的热应力有重要影响,最大热应力值随增强相长径比的减小而减小,当长径比小于9时最大热应力显著降低,且热应力主要分布在中间梯度层。
英文摘要:Eleven gradient composite models reinforced by unidirectional reinforcement with different aspect ratio ranged from 1 to 30 were established, and the maximum thermal stresses as functions of the aspect ratio of the reinforcement, as well as the thermal stress distributions were simulated using the ANSYS finite element method. Results show that, thermal stress of gradient composite is greatly affected by the reinforcement shape. The maximum thermal stress decreases with decreasing aspect ratio, and decreases significantly with the aspect ratio below 9. The thermal stress mainly spread in graded layers.
