中文摘要:研究超高碳钢中的相变具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。本文中对Fe-1.4C合金进行退火、淬火、回火等热处理,然后应用金相显微镜及扫描电子显微镜观察试样的金相组织,并做了硬度测量。分析得出: Fe-1.4C合金的退火组织为片状珠光体与网状碳化物,珠光体片间距较大; Fe-1.4C合金的淬火组织为片状马氏体,回火后组织为细针状回火马氏体;通过观察淬火组织和回火组织照片发现Fe-1.4C合金的淬火组织中存在大量显微裂纹,回火可以使显微裂纹明显减少。
英文摘要:It has a certain theoretical significance in studying on phase transformation of ultra high carbon steel. The sample of Fe-1.4C alloy was annealed, quenched and tempered. The microstructure observed by OM and SEM. The results indicate that the microstructure of annealed Fe-1.4C alloy is flake pearlite and carbide network, quenched microstructure is plate martensite and the tempered microstructure is needle type tempered martensite. There are a large number of micro-cracks in both quenched and tempered microstructure of Fe-1.4C alloy, and the number of the micro-cracks can be significantly reduced by tempering.
