含Nb、Y高温合金的组织与性能的研究

中文摘要:摘 要:本文以高温合金2848为基础,通过添加铌和钇减少Ni元素的含量,以提高高温机械性能和降低成本。研究时效温度、时效时间工艺参数,对含Nb、Y高温合金的组织与性能的影响。将经过1100℃固溶处理后的合金,分别在820℃、900℃、980℃时效24h、48h、72h处理。对基体上析出的第二相利用扫描电子显微镜进行组织观察和成分分析。结果表明:该高温合金在900℃时效48小时时效为最佳热处理工艺。选定该热处理工艺下的试样进行高温抗氧化实验和高温压缩实验。结果表明该高温合金属于抗氧化级。
英文摘要:Abstract:The content of Ni is reduced by adding Nb and Y based on 2848 high temperature alloy in order to improve the mechanical performance and reduce the cost of high temperature alloy in this article. The effect of ageing temperature and time no the microstructure and properties of high temperature alloy containing Nb and Y on are studied. The alloy after solution treatment is aged at 820℃, 900℃, 980℃ for 24h,48h,72h. The component of the second-phase on basal body is analysised and structure is observed by SEM . The results show that: the optimally heat treatment of high temperature alloy is ageing at 900℃ for 48h; the high temperature compression and high temperature antioxidation of the test sample after this heat treatment is test, the results show that: the high temperature alloy belong to inoxidizable.
