中文摘要:本文通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、断口宏微观观察等方法,分析了某GH4169螺栓在高温持久试验时发生早期断裂的原因。结果表明:在热处理工艺中固溶温度偏低和保温时间不足,使其γ晶粒偏小,晶界比例增大,从而引起GH4169螺栓发生早期断裂。根据分析结果,本文提出工艺的改进措施。
英文摘要:By means of chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, macro and micro appearance observation, metallurgical structure etc., the early fracture reason of some GH4169 bolts in stress-rupture tester was analyzed. The results show the main reason of early fracture of the bolts was smaller γ grain and larger proportion of the grain boundary caused lower solution temperature and holding time too short in the heat treatment process. Based on the results, we propose process improvements in this paper.
