中文摘要:利用废弃的轴承钢GCr15和WC粉末通过离心铸造法制取WC/钢基复合材料,命名为LGJW20。研究了热处理对其组织结构的影响。结果表明,在退火过程中,组织中的碳化物发生了溶解析出现象,碳化物的形态得到改善,材料的硬度升高;在淬火回火过程中,随回火温度的升高,组织中碳化物的溶解析出愈严重,材料的硬度不断下降。
英文摘要:WC/steel composites using scrap bearing steel GCr15 and WC powder were prepared by centrifugal casting, and named LGJW20.The influence of heat treatment on microstructure of LGJW20 was studied. The results show that carbides in microstructure dissolve and separate during annealing, which improve the shapes of carbide and increase the hardness of material. During quench and temper, dissolution and separation of carbides in microstructure become more seriously with the tempering temperature increasing, and the hardness of composite reduces unceasingly.
