中文摘要:本文通过对用于电机滑环的CuNiSiCr合金的化学成分、力学性能、金相以及钎焊时加热情况的综合分析,结果表明:成分偏高引起的材料高温塑性较低和加热过程中产生的应力存在是滑环开裂的主要原因。采取控制合金元素含量提高材料塑性,焊接时均匀加热滑环内外侧,减小加热过程中应力的措施。改进后,电机滑环在钎焊前感应预热和钎焊过程中再未出现开裂的现象。
英文摘要:This article analysed synthetically the chemical constituents、mechanical properties、Metallography and heating complexion when brazing of the CuNiSiCr alloy used in sliding the ring of the motor, the results show that :the lower material Hot Ductility caused by the higher Chemical component and the stress caused by calefaction were the main causation . By controlling the content of alloy element to improve the material ductility, equably heating up the inner and outside flanks of sliding ring of the motor when welding, reduce the stress of calefaction process. After the improvement, sliding ring of the motor never rupture when induction heating and brazing .
