中文摘要:摘要:针对时速200公里动车组用铝合金齿轮箱国产化的需要,选择200EMU齿轮箱材料为AlSi7Mg0.3;结合MAGMA铸造工艺模拟软件设计并优化了200EMU齿轮箱的铸造工艺;对研制的齿轮箱和日本原装齿轮箱进行了本体力学性能的对比分析;型式试验表明研制的200EMU齿轮箱能满足设计要求。
英文摘要:Abstract:AlSi7Mg0.3 has been selected to meet the need of the domestic aluminum alloy gear box applied on EMU with speed up to 200km/h. The casting technology of the aluminum alloy gear box was designed and improved by using MAGMASOFT, a casting process simulation software. The mechanical properties of pieces taken from homemade and Japan import gear box castings were compared and analyzed. The type experiment shows that homemade 200EMU gear box can meet the design requirement.
