中文摘要:采用Instron5882万能材料试验机和正交试验法研究了Sr、Mn和Fe对ZL102合金力学性能的影响。结果表明:在本试验范围内,Fe、Mn和Sr的加入量对ZL102合金力学性能的影响从大到小依次为ω(Fe),ω(Mn)和ω(Sr)。复合添加适量的Mn、Sr元素,能中和Fe含量增加所带来的不利影响,改善铁相的形貌,大大提高合金的力学性能;最佳锰铁比应为ω(Mn)/ω(Fe)=1.1~1.3,同时Sr的最优加入量为0.12%。
英文摘要:By the use of orthogonal experimental method and Instron5882 Universal testing machine,the effects of Sr,Mn and Fe elements on the mechanical properties of ZL102 alloy were researched. The results show that: within the scope of this experiment, the impact of Fe, Mn and Sr addition on mechanical properties of ZL102 alloy are ω(Fe), ω(Mn) and ω(Sr) in descending order. The compound addition of the appropriate amount of Mn, Sr elements can neutralize the adverse effects caused by increasing Fe content, improve the iron phase morphology, and enhance the mechanical properties of the alloy greatly. The best ferromanganese ratio should be ω(Mn)/ω( Fe) = 1.1 ~ 1.3, while the optimal dosage of 0.12%Sr.
