中文摘要:设计、冶炼炉一种Fe-Mn-Si系超级贝氏体钢,在Gleebe-1500热模拟实验机上研究了奥氏体变形对低温贝氏体相变和组织的影响。结果表明,奥氏体变形对超级贝氏体组织形貌有很大的影响;奥氏体高温变形缩短贝氏体相变孕育期,但阻滞贝氏体相变体积分数;奥氏体低温变形大大缩短贝氏体相变孕育期,明显促进贝氏体相变过程,转变后贝氏体组织呈现明显的纤维状变形组织特征。
英文摘要:A super-bainite steel of Fe-Mn-Si grade was designed and refined in laboratory. The effects of ausforming on superbainite transformation at low temperature and microstructure were studied through Gleebe-1500 hot simulator. The research results indicate that morphology of superbainite microstructure is greatly influenced by ausforming, the bainite valume fraction is reduced by high temperature ausforming at 860℃ although incubation time of transformation is shortened, and both incubation time of transformation and transformation volume fraction are greatly promoted by low temperature ausforming at 300℃. The microstructure shows the obvious deformed fibre-shape characteristic.
