中文摘要:利用万能材料试验机和失重法分别研究了Sr、Mn复合添加对含铁0.2%Fe的AZ91镁合金的力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:(1)合金组织的主要相为α-Mg、β-Mg17Al12、Al4Sr和Al6Mn。(2)Mn的加入可以提高合金的力学性能。当添加0.5%Sr 和0.5%Mn时,合金的铸态和T6热处理的抗拉强度达到最大值,分别为128MPa和174MPa。(3)在0.5%Sr时,Mn的加入能显著提高合金耐腐蚀性。本试验中,复合加入0.5%Sr和0.8%Mn,T6热处理后的合金腐蚀速率最小,为1.4 mg.cm-2.d-l。
英文摘要:In this paper, the effects of Sr and Mn addition on corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of AZ91 with 0.2%Fe were studied by using electronic universal material testing machine and weight loss method. The experimental results showed that: (1) the main phases of alloy were consist of α-Mg, β-Mg17Al12, Al4Sr and Al6Mn. (2) The addition of Mn can improve the alloy's mechanical properties. And when the addition of 0.5%Sr and 0.5wt%Mn, the tensile strength of the alloy in the as-cast and T6 heat treatment reaches the maximum, 128MPa and 174MPa, respectively. (3) After the addition of 0.5%Sr, adding Mn can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of alloy. In the experiment,the corrosion rate of alloy added into 0.5%Sr + 0.8%Mn and after T6 heat treatment is minimum,1.4 mg.cm-2.d-l.
