中文摘要:研究了固溶温度对超级双相不锈钢00Cr26Ni5Mo2Cu3Re显微组织及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着固溶温度的提高,双相不锈钢中铁素体含量逐渐增多,奥氏体含量逐渐减少,其显微硬度从1000℃到1050℃增大明显。在1050~1125℃之间进行固溶处理,其耐晶间腐蚀性最好,建议2605超级双相不锈钢固溶处理工艺温度为1100℃保温2h,水冷。
英文摘要:The effect of solution temperature on the micro-structure and properties of super duplex stainless steel 00Cr26Ni5Mo2Cu3Re was studied .According to the results:α phase in content gradually rises with the solid solution temperature increasing,γ phase decreases and the hardness of micro-structure increases obvious from solution temperature 1000 ℃ to 1050℃.Solution-treated in the range of 1040~1120℃ the property of corrosion resistance is very excellent.We suggested that the optimized technology was heated at 1100℃ for 2h by water cooling.
