中文摘要:本文基于Schmidt-Neuper理论,针对风机塔筒法兰高强度合金钢螺栓,建立了将法兰中心载荷时间历程转换为螺栓应力时间历程的公式化方法。并依据德国劳埃德船级社规范,对螺栓S-N曲线进行了修正。通过雨流计数法得到应力时间历程的完整循环载荷,再运用Palmgren/Miner线性累积损伤理论得到螺栓的疲劳损伤。另外,本文还通过有限元方法拟合了法兰中心载荷与螺栓应力公式,并计算了螺栓疲劳损伤。通过两种方法结果对比,证明了本文所述方法的有效性,为风力发电机螺栓的设计提供了一定参考,具有一定的工程应用价值。
英文摘要:Based on the Schmidt-Neuper theory,the paper sets up the formulaic method,which can convert the load time series to the stress time series,for high-strength alloy steel bolts of wind turbine tower flange. And according to the Guideline For Certification Of Wind Turbines compiled by Germanischer Lloyd ,the S-N curves of bolts were modified. Rain Flow Counting Method is used to get the complete load cycle of stess time series,and then use the Palmgren/Miner method for the calculation of fatigue damage of bolts.Besides,the paper fits the formula of the centric load of flange and the bolt stress,and calculates the fatigue damage of bolts.By comparing the results of the two methods,it proves the validity of the method described in the paper ,and provides some references for the design of wind turbine bolt,having a certain value in Engineering applications.
