中文摘要:本文对9SiCr采取了不同的等温球化退火工艺,以研究加热温度对其球化组织的影响。经试验结果对比表明:当加热温度采用790oC时,处理后材料的球状珠光体颗粒细小,分布均匀,没有偏聚现象,同时也没有片状珠光体存在,硬度值最低,该工艺达到了最佳的等温球化退火效果.
英文摘要:To study the effect of heating temperature on the microstructure of 9CrSi spheroidized, many different isothermal spheroidizing annealing processes are employed. The results demonstrate that the paritcles in the sheroidite of the specimen that is treated at the temperature of 790 oC are fine in size and distributed homogeneously. In addition, there is no segregation of cementite and no pearlite in the microstructure of the specimen and the hardness of the specimen is minimum. Thus, the isothermal spheroidizing annealing process is the optimum heat treatment.
