深冷状态下CuNiSi合金的组织与性能研究

中文摘要:对CuNiSi合金进行了深冷工艺处理,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光学显微镜(OM)观察合金的组织,用硬度计、涡流导电测试仪研究了合金的性能,探讨了深冷处理在合金中作用机制。结果表明:合金经900℃1h固溶480℃3h时效 液氮深冷2h工艺处理后,可使合金获得较好的综合性能,硬度达217HV,导电率达22.8Ms/M。
英文摘要:CuNiAlSi alloy were analyzed with SEM, hardometer, eddy electrical conductivity tester through the process of deep cooling treatment. The deep cooling mechanism of the alloy was studied. The results show that the alloy obtain better synthesis properties.After 900℃1h solution 480℃3h ageing deep cooling in liquid nitrogen2h treatment the hardness reaches to 217HV, and electrical conductivity is 22.8Ms/M.
