中文摘要:为了解决三通零件加工时材料利用率低、模具寿命短、性能差等问题,针对三通零件的几何形状特点,通过有限元分析软件MSC-Superform 模拟三通件不同多向加载方式的成形过程,制定了不同的成形方案,通过对多向同步、分步、顺序加载三种不同成形方式下的金属流动规律以及加载过程中挤压力曲线的比较,确定了多向同步的加载方式为最佳方案,优化了工艺参数,为生产提供了有利的依据。
英文摘要:In order to solve the questions of low material utilization ratio,short die life and poor performance, according to the characteristic of three links components, The finite element software MSC-Superform was used to numerical simulation of the process of the workpiece, and formulate different forming methods.
Compare with the metal flow law and squeeze pressure curves of three forming methods: synchronous method、distributed method、sequential method,and the Multi-directional synchronization method was determined the best method, the technology parameters were optimized, hence it was useful to the practice manufacture.
