中文摘要:采用金相分析、拉伸试验、SEM分析对模锻成形前后的AZ91镁合金进行微观组织和力学性能检测。结果表明:热锻成形后,合金的晶粒得到了细化;缩松压实、缩孔变小;力学性能提高,如合金抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率和硬度均得到提高,分别达到251.3MPa、156.9MPa、4.12%、125kN/mm2。
英文摘要:The microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy before and after die forging were investigated by metallographic analysis, tensile testing and SEM analysis . The results showed that the fine grains in the forged AZ91 magnesium alloy can be observed and the defect shrinkage was improved. The mechanical properties of die forged AZ91 alloy were greatly enhanced compared with the sample of as-cast AZ91, such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness are 251.3MPa, 156.9MPa, 4.12%、125kN/mm2.
