中文摘要:采用锻压和挤压的工艺对铅黄铜C3771截止阀成形过程进行了分析,进行了合格率、外观、价格及金相组织分析等的对比。结果显示:1.从经济成本上看,挤压工艺更为节省成本。2.从金相组织分布图上,可得两种工艺获得的产品的显微组织及分布相似。3.从产品的合格率上看,锻压获得的产品的合格率为91.95%,挤压工艺获得的产品的合格率为95.69%。
英文摘要: By forging and extrusion process , copper alloy C3771 forging process, Experiments to verify the simulation results, and further qualified rate, appearance, price and performance, etc. be compared. The results showed that: 1.From an economic perspective, would be more cost-extrusion process.2.From the microstructure distribution, the availability of the product of two processes access the microstructure and distribution is similar. 3.The passing rate from the product point of view, forging products pass rate was 91.95%, extrusion products pass rate was 95.69%, the product of two processes get the passing rate of the same.
