中文摘要:本文根据钣金成形过程数值模拟技术,以某汽车内饰板为研究对象进行冲压仿真过程,阐述了用Dynaform软件实现板料成形数值模拟的基本步骤和一些关键技术,如零件网格的完善、工艺补充面修补和压延筋的设计及布置等。模拟结果表明,相关工艺参数的合理设置,可以改善出现的起皱和拉裂现象,为模具设计优化提供参考依据。
英文摘要:In this paper, according to the technique of sheet forming process numerical simulation, stamping process of some automobile interior-plaque is simulated based on Dynaform software, and basic step of numerical simulation and some key techniques of the software for sheet forming were discussed, such as perfection of parts grid, repair of process added surface and design and distribution of draw bead etc. The simulation result shows, relevant technological parameter is set reasonably, which could improve the wrinkling and cracking problems of automobile covering panel subjected to stamping process, and may provide a reference for die designing.
