中文摘要:近年来,运用于快速制模的快速原型技术逐渐发展成为制备复合材料的一种新手段。文章简述了选区激光烧结/熔化、分层实体制造、光固化成型、熔丝沉积制造和三维打印等主要快速原型技术制备复合材料的研究进展。主要叙述了该法制备复合材料的成型方法和使用材料,并分析了快速原型技术在制备纤维增强复合材料、纳米复合材料和生物复合材料方面的研究情况。
英文摘要:In recent years, the rapid prototyping technology for rapid tooling has given rise to the development of manufacturing composites. This paper narrates research situation and development of the composites formed using main rapid prototyping processes such as Selective Laser Sintering/Melting, Laminated Object Manufacturing, Stereo Lithography, Fused Deposition Modeling, and Three Dimensional Printing. It mainly describes the molding methods and materials of composite preparation, and analyses the aspects of research on formation of fiber-reinforced composite, nanocomposites and biological materials, by the rapid prototyping technology.
