中文摘要:通过正交实验获得了Ti50Al50N涂层的最佳工艺参数和各个工艺因素对其性能的影响关系,在此最佳工艺的同一条件下制备了不同Al含量的TiAlN涂层,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和纳米压痕仪分别对微观结构和力学性能进行了的表征和测量,随着Al含量的增加硬度和弹性模量逐渐增加,当Al含量为40%时,硬度和弹性模量达最大值为38GPa和392GPa,进一步增加Al含量,硬度和弹性模量不断的降低,并分析了这一变化规律的原因。
英文摘要:In the paper, the optimum processing parameter and the influencing degree of each processing factor for Ti50Al50N coating were studied by Orthogonal Test. Meanwhile, under the optimum conditions TiAlN coating with different aluminum content was prepared. The microstructure and mechanical properties were evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and nano-indentation. The results revealed that: with increasing Al content, The hardness and Elastic Modulus increased ,and when Al content get 40%, The Hardness and Elastic Modulus came to the maximum of 38GPa and 392GPa,respectively. The hardness and Elastic Modulus would decreased gradually, increasing the content of Al further. And also their mechanism was found out
