中文摘要:采用自蔓延高温合成技术在钢管内制备陶瓷涂层,原料为工业铝粉和氧化铁粉。实验结果表明:涂层从内到外依次为刚玉陶瓷层和以铁为主的过渡层,SEM分析涂层的显微组织呈枝晶状结构,白色相为Al2O3,黑色部分主要为Fe和Fe、Al合成相;涂层的断口为层片状结构,层片界面有气孔或裂纹;断口较平坦,呈解理台阶,为脆性断裂。涂层结合强度高,耐冲蚀性能优良。
英文摘要: The ceramic coating is made in the steel tube by the Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis technique. The raw materials are the industrial aluminium powder and the ferric oxide powder. The results show: From inside to outside, the coatings are orderly corundum ceramic layer and intermediate layer with iron mainly. The microscopic structures of the coatings are branch crystalline structure by SEM, the white phase is Al2O3, and the black phase is Fe and the synthesis phase of Fe and Al. The fracture of the coatings is laminated structure, and there are stomata or crack in the sheet layers interface. the fracture are flat, Cleavage steps , and brittle fracture. The bond strength of the coatings is high, and the impact corrosion performance is excellent.
