中文摘要:引入预应力系数的概念,研究循环载荷作用下7075高强铝合金试样表层屈服强度梯度对残余应力松弛的影响。结果表明,不同的强化工艺下,试样的表层屈服强度与残余应力分布状态相差较大,二者对应力松弛的影响程度也不同。表层压应力与表面强化对抗疲劳特性与抑制表面微观裂纹萌生有利,可作为工程设计的参考
英文摘要:Pre-stress coefficient was introduced to analyze influences of surface yield strength gradient on residual stress relief of 7075 high-strengthened aluminum alloy under cyclic loading. The results show that quenching and shot-peening introduce very different surface residual stress and yield strength gradient distributions, which have different influences on residual stress relief. Advantages of surface compressive residual stress and surface strengthening on anti-fatigue property and restraining initiation of surface micro cracks could be considered as valuable references in engineering designing.
