中文摘要:研究了不同强度下交流电场对Al-5Fe基合金凝固组织性能的影响。实验结果表明,通电流越大性能改善越强的趋势,同时富铁相Al3Fe经历了由粗大针片状转变为花朵状的过程。在电流强度为2 A,交流电通电15 min时组织中的Al3Fe相处理效果最好、细化程度最高,力学性能提高最明显,其硬度达到98.43HB,相对耐磨性达1.3581。
英文摘要:We have a research about the influnce of tissue and performance to Al-5Fe alloy in differents of current intensity。The results show that performance has improved with the increase of the current, while Al3Fe phase also experienced by the coarse needle-shaped sheet into the flower-shape。When AC power persisted for 15 min and the Current intensity was 2A, Al3Fe phase in hypereutectic tissue had the best treated effect and the findest degree. The mechanical properties of tissue improved obviously and the hardness reached 98.43HB, relative wear resistance reached a maximum value of 1.3581 .
