中文摘要:从共晶点、混合热、原子尺寸差和微合金化出发,设计出了Ni-Zr-Ti-Nb体系具有较高玻璃形成能力的Ni基合金成分,用铜模吸铸法制备了直径2mm的块体非晶合金,用X射线衍射、差热扫描量热仪、振动样品磁强计检测了样品的组织结构、热稳定性和磁学性能。结果表明:微量Sn的添加提高合金玻璃形成能力,可制备出直径2mm的棒状完全非晶试样。而Bi不利于提高Ni-Zr-Ti-Nb体系合金的玻璃形成能力。此外,微量Sn能使饱和磁感应强度稍有提高。
英文摘要:From the view point of eutectic point, heat of mixing, atomic size difference and microalloying, Ni-Zr-Ti-Nb-M(M=Sn,Bi)alloys with high glass forming ability were designed.Bulk metallic glassy rods with a diameter of 2mm were obtained by copper-mold vacuum suction casting. The microstructure, thermal stability and magnetic was examined by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and vibrating sample magnetometer. Respectively, The results showed that: microalloy element Sn can improve glass forming ability (GFA) of the Ni–Zr-Ti-Nb BMG system. Adding small amount of Bi is not beneficial to the GFA of this alloy system. On the other hand, Addition of Sn slightly enhances the saturation magnetization (Ms) of the alloy system.
