中文摘要:焊接过程管理是确保产品质量的关键技术,为了提高焊接生产的管理效率、提升企业焊接过程管理能力,本文提出一种基于LabVIEW的焊接过程远程监测分析系统,可实现焊接电流、电压参数的实时监测、相关数据库的建立和整合,以及企业局域网内的远程访问。本文介绍了系统的总体设计和实施方案,包括系统架构和硬件系统、采用MySQL为平台的数据库设计,以及基于DataSocket技术实现的远程监测。本系统已经在实际焊接生产中长期应用,运行效果良好,达到了预期目标。
英文摘要:Process management of welding technology is one of the key techniques for product quality. This paper presents a novel on-line monitoring system based on LabVIEW for better management efficiency and supervisor capability. As three critical points of this system, on-line acquisition and transmission of electrical signals, creation and integration of welding parameters database based on MySQL, remote access based on DataSocket technology are introduced in this paper. This system shows qualified capability and adaptability according to its practical application effect.
