中文摘要:本文对316L不锈钢套筒热挤压成形工艺进行了实验研究,确定了加热温度、压力等主要工艺参数及模具结构,制定了最终热处理工艺。挤压成形工艺与切削加工相比较材料利用率提高近一倍。经过固溶处理,保证了零件精加工的要求及其它各项性能。
英文摘要:This paper presents the hot extrusion technology and die design of the 316L stainless steel sleeve. The heating temperature, extruding force, heat-treatment process and other key parameters were determined by experiments. Compared to that of cutting process, the rate of material utilization of extrusion is nearly doubled. The requirements of finishing machining and other performances are guaranteed by solution treatment.
