英文摘要:Based on the CAE technique, the filling and solidification process of low pressure die casting for the case casting is studied. According to filling pattern and dynamic distribution of solidus phase, the defect distribution is predicted. Finally, trial production proves that the improved foundry technology is feasible, which lays the foundation of the process yield.
