中文摘要：通过对不同厂家生产的盘条力学性能及其对应的化学成分进行统计分析，提出各化学成分对盘条力学性能影响程度的大小，进而控制成分的波动以降低盘条力学性能的波动。同时还对不同厂家生产的盘条进行可靠性分析，以指导厂家对钢绳原料的采购，降低钢绳的生产成本。
英文摘要：By statistical analysis of mechanical properties and its corresponding chemical composition of the steel wire rod produced by four different iron and steel from different manufacturers, the impact degree between the mechanical properties and chemical composition were put forward. By controlling the volatility of composition to reduce the volatility of the rod mechanical properties. At the same time, the reliability of the steel wire rod produced by different manufacturers was analyzed, which can guide manufacturers to purchas steel raw and reduce the production costs.
